ABOUT
Edzell Property Management was established in 1954 in Glasgow, and the company has been successfully managed over three generations by the same family. With over 50 years’ experience spanning the full spectrum of the Scottish property industry, we have worked hard to develop a reputation that acknowledges our expertise and family values.
Today Edzell operates in four key areas: Asset Management, Property Investment, Bridging Finance and Property Auctions. We have offices in Glasgow, Manchester and London but operate throughout the UK and Central Europe.
Asset Management
We are experienced in finding value in any type of property. That value is maximised to ensure profitability for us and our partner. We try to ensure full transparency during any asset management exercise which is the hallmark of our honest approach to all aspects of our work.
Property Investment
Our management team considers thousands of investment projects each year and will only complete those investments which will be profitable to our companies or to local communities which we work with. We understand that investment not only has to produce financial profit but must consider the social impact both positive or negative. Property Auctions
We conduct live online property auctions where sellers can list their residential property, commercial property or land each month.
